    Simon is the Founder and Managing Director of boxchange. He is one of the most networked business change, technology & leadership recruiters in the UK having built his first specialist change search team back in 2001. He has helped numerous FTSE & SME organisations build diverse change & technology teams. Simon has a passion for building high performing teams and still gets a buzz from placing people into their dream jobs. He understands the challenges of running a small business having established and grown recruitment, L&D and change consulting organisations. His honest, open and engaging approach has helped him build strong relationships that still continue today. He is a people person who loves to chat and meet new people.
